Thomas A. Downer, AIA

Mr. Downer has been a principal of several architectural firms since 1982, and he has specialized in the design of residential renovations, additions, and new homes since 1993. In addition he has many years of "hands-on" construction and renovation experience including employment as a carpenter, field engineer, estimator, and construction supervisor on numerous commercial, institutional, and residential construction projects.
